From online booking to your day out

Book and pay online

Customers book online and pay the full rental price at booking.

Collect at the shop

After booking, bikes must be collected from the shop at Station Parade, Harrogate HG1. Dales Wheels does not deliver bikes.

Return to the shop

Bikes must be returned to the shop. Every hire includes a helmet, lock and puncture kit.

How many bikes are available?

The range includes 10 city bikes, 8 hybrid bikes, 6 e-bikes and 5 kids bikes. Choose the quantities and dates you need in the booking form.

What is included, and what should I bring?

Every hire includes a helmet, lock and puncture kit. Riders only need to bring their own pedals if they prefer clipless pedals.

When do I pay?

You pay the full rental price online at booking. The exact total is shown on the secure payment page.

Can the bikes be delivered?

No. Dales Wheels does not deliver bikes. All bikes must be collected from and returned to the shop.

Where is the shop, and what rides are the bikes suited to?

The shop is at Station Parade, Harrogate HG1, within easy reach of Harrogate town centre. The range covers town riding, towpaths and light trails, hillier assisted rides, and bikes for children aged 6–12 around Harrogate and the Nidderdale cycle routes.
